乳脂酪戚风 Cream Cheese Chiffon 8”

Cream cheese 100g
Low Flour        80g
Egg yolk        40g (5pcs)
Sugar        20g
Salad Oil        40cc
Milk         100cc
Salt         1/8tbs
Egg white        160g (5pcs)
Sugar        60g
Lemon Juice – few drops
 
Step 1 :                 +隔水煮溶
Step 2 :                 + mix well, add slowly, then add in Step 1 mixture, then add in
Step 3 :                打发蛋白
Step 4 :                140°c – 35min then 160°c -25 min
